Planet M (Next.co.in) — Not changging datawind tablet

I have booking data wind CZ Tablet on[protected] by videocon d2h TV on Channel planet m My order no. is I[protected] That delivered to me on 3-6-2015 but the tablet is broken and I have talking with planet m. customer care and he was told me we are changing that tablet in 7 to 15 days but aajtak no any processing action by company pls solve my problem. Thanks
