Plebiscite It Services Pvt Ltd — transferred money and provide all the details still the wallet is not updated

Hi

I transferred money through hdfc payzaap. Almost one month completed now.
Still the transaction is in process stage only.

Hdfc people are telling the transaction is complete.

There is no contact person from sragy/plebiscite it services pvt ltd to speak with. I already wrote an email to them regarding the money wallet update.

The amount is 4500 rupees. The transaction id is[protected]pp35iz6. The bank reference id is 3012ydvhp5rt.
The transaction date is sat 30th dec 2017 at 12:20 pm.

Kindly let us know how to file a complaint on this company.
Please let me know if the company need proof. I am ready to provide that.

Company replied to me through an email. I already provided the reference id of transaction but still they are asking me to share the reference id. I dont know what is wrong with them.

I don't know how many times i have to send. I mentioned so many times i transferred money through HDFC mobile application PayZaap.

How many times i have to educate this. Can't u understand. Every time you people are asking the statement.
First read properly what is my complaint. I am not transferred money through NEFT or other mode. It is purely through Mobile App. You can call me at [protected]. I can explain better. You people didn't mentioned contact info. that shows how fraud the company is.

Till now i have find Sragy- a wonderful exchange with the wonderful team who genuinely support users and even they replied on social platforms to my problems.
I dont know how you guys are saying this but till now Sragy is the best exchange i have been through. And its better than Koinex and Zebpay coz those people really don't listen to the issues of the customers.

Hi Raj,

We follow a procedure and if its not done properly we can't really help but hold payments. We do not do it on purpose and sometimes it happens because users might have forgotten to submit us a correct reference ID for the transaction.

Rarely do we not reply to emails, we have an amazing people supporting users and we reply everyone. That said, I will be personally looking at your issue, please let us know your issue and concern at [email protected] and attach the screenshot for the transaction. Sometimes users submit us a transaction ID that was generated for their own purpose and was internal to their bank and for anyone outside, it was worthless.

To find the correct Reference ID, go to your transaction page and look for this particular transaction, take a screeshot and send it at [email protected]

We will be setting your request on priority and it will be resolved soon.

Hi I made a transaction of Rs 20, 000 on the 4th of Jan to your account but its more than 3 weeks my sragy wallet is not credited and the transaction shows to be pending. I have so many mails on this but not even a single response till now. How long should I be waiting for this. This is so frustating and giving me mental stress to have so much money invested and getting locked as pending transaction. Atleast someone should tell me what is the issue causing this delay .

This is only making me to think about your credibility and if i should ever make transactions again.

I have attached all required documents for you to refer and get back on this.

I request you to kindly drop a reply as early as possible.
