This is in regards to your FD investments. We wish to inform you that in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited, as per the update, Court Hearings are still going on in Indore High court. The company is fighting case of liquidation in Indore High Court and seeking extension for repayment from NCLT, Ahmedabad.
The subject matter is listed before the Hon'ble High Court on 06/12/16, wherein The Hon'ble Court has directed Plethico to disclose the status of Fixed deposit holders.
