[Resolved]  Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non payment of FD on maturity by senior citizen

Subject: FD No. 4430- URGENT NEED OF MONEYSir I deposited Rs 75000/- as FD with Plethico Pharmaceuticals on 21 May 2011- FD No. 4430 & it matured on 20 May 2014. I sent it to co. registrar Link Intime, Mumbai & they has received it as confirmed by them on phone. However, they said that the co. is not paying the amount. Now co. letter dated 31 July has also confirmed this. Sir, I am an old man of 94 years and not keeping well. I need the money urgently for paying my medical bills and other needs.
