I even didn't want to give a single star to this Pluto travels for providing me such a pathetic service and ruining my trip. When i booked, they sent me a package that included my stay in a resort having beautiful and spacious rooms. When i entered Manali and was searching my stay place that was booked for me, an employee of pluto travels sent me the number of the owner of place that was booked for me to confirm the location that they mentioned in my package. After searching 1.5 hrs i came to know that that had changed the place of my stay to a cheap lavyansh cottage with very small and bad rooms and that too without even notifying me. The meals were also not good there. Taps were broken. Staff was so unprofessional. M regretting the moment i booked my trip with Pluto travels. I even have the pics of room they sent me while booking and the one they actually availed for me. When i called the staff of pluto travels to resolve my this issue they started ignoring my calls. Totally unprofessional and helpless staff in Pluto travels. Worst experience of life just because of this company. Never book ur trip with this company i[censored] want to enjoy ur trip.
