PMPL Broadband — Not getting connection from morning today

Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [pmpl] — Ip problem

I am a user of pmpl..they share my ip with another person..my user name is ag_fcn but often in log in page it shows pritam_fcn..i complained many times but they didn't solve my problem..so i earnestly request to solve my problem
