PNBHFL — Delay in pre closure statement

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have availed home loan from SBI for Rs.36, 00, 000 on 31/07/2026. Mean while we approached PNB Housing Finance Ltd for closure of the existing loan availed there .A/c no. HOU/SLM/0224/1216579 almost a month back and informed about the take over of existing home loan to SBI Nangavalli Branch. Information about the take over of home loan to SBI was informed to Branch incharge and executive priorly at the time of obtaining loan statement . My request was not considered and I have revisited there recently with closure request letter. I was informed by the Branch in charge and Executive that as per their policy, it will take 21 days to obtain pre closure statement.i am so worried about the delay in their process for almost nearly two months. Since my loan from SBI got sanctioned and documentation done I need to pay EMI for both banks which really affects my livelihood and I cant make my ends meet. i have to complete MOD for SBI before the sanction validity expires .Repeatedly, visiting the bank premises affects my everyday life too. My request need to be considered and must be given utmost importance
