I apply foreclosure letter on 6 June but finance company not issue me foreclosure letter after 21 days . 3 July last date of issue letter.

I placed my foreclosure letter with SR[protected] on 6th June-23 and today on 26th June-23 i have no update on the request placed my me.

They are saying it will take complete 21 working days which is clear harassments till 3rd of July. Due to their higher ROI and pathetic service, i don't want to continue with PNBFHL.

Today is 17 day and my request is still waiting for approval. I have this week only to fulfill...

This is about my foreclosure request with PNB Housing Finance submitted on 29th April 2023. As per the process, I submitted a written request by visiting home branch in my case it is Nagole-Hyderabad-TS. Along with written request, I also paid foreclosure fees of Rs885/- each towards home loan and non-housing loan request. Both the amounts have been deducted on 3rd May 2023. Want to close my loan have given multiple requests for foreclosure letter and its been 2month I have been visiting their branch but they are not bothered about my request.

Applied for Loan closure a month ago. I was informed that maximum 21 working days will be taken to generate loan closure report. Now almost a month but have not heard anything from bank.

This is weird way to charge additional interest from customers even though customer is ready to close the loan.

Unprofessional staff especially at their gurgaon branch . Foreclosure requested for a home loan in mid march and they haven't issued the statement as yet knowing fully well that I need to leave out of the country. Unnecessarily charging over 10percent interest rates when the loan could have been closed within a day or two.
