My name is lissy alex from new delhi. I applied for a personnel loan. They were sanctioned me 2 lacs loan. They were charged from me file charge and bank charges rs. 15000/- then around 1 year they were hanged me. Then i wiil call many times. At last they told me, the papers from legal department not sanctioned, i told polaris person, i don't want personel loan loan please give me my money. They send papers, and told me singed this paper and courier me. I couriered that papers. But they were not return my money and they didn't pick up my phone. Please help me
