Polaris Services India — refund of charges paid towards personal loan processing

I tried to avail personal loan from polaris services and i was asked to pay 4500 as legal charges initially and i paid accrodingly.
Then two days after one gentlemen mr. Abhishek called me and asked to pay rs 35000/- as consultancy charges by saying that 8lakhs loan been sanctioned and file moved to investors.
Then i found that it seems to be some glitch so i asked abhishek to cancel my loan and to refund. Since then, he is not picking the call and happened to talk to legal and one lady divya /priyanka told that to send the email request for cancellation. They again replied me with the forms to get it filled and sent back and in that nothing was mentioned that how much would i be refunded? So i didnt send those signed and also i did not get into any agreement sort of to give the cancellation and i said the same to them. There after till today none of them are responding the call or email rather.
Please help in getting this refunded and no receipt that i got from them
