Police Clearance Certificate — delay in getting pcc

My name is syed gul hasan i have applied for pcc on 24 july 2017 from bhopal passport office and my application number / file number is bp[protected]. My passport was issued in dubai, my police verification has been done on 29 july but passport verification is delayed from indian embassy dubai according to bhopal rpo.
According to bhopal passport office they are waiting for passport to be verified from indian embassy dubai but it has been very long time they have not got reply from indian embassy dubai.

Please do the needful and oblige.
