[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Car Insurance of my Maruti Celerio Car | |||||
I have made a car Insurance on 04th April, 2017 against my car DL2CAQ9737 which is on the name of my wife Bithika Banerjee and the payment has been made on line through my HSBC credit card. The policy was taken from TATA AIG through Policy Bazaar.com.Now I am following up with them last 6 days, not a single written confirmation was given neither by TATA AIG nor by Policy Bazar though TATA AIG had claimed the payment from HSBC on 05th April, 2017 and I had got authorisation code from HSBC as well as merchant code but still no confirmation from them and my current policy will be expired on 12th April, 2017 mid night. From the customer care officer of TATA AIG Mr. santosh I came to know that customer id has been generated by TATA AIG but despite of that there is no confirmation from TATA AIG about the receiving of payment and policy issuing after my regular follow up and the team of both are very reluctant. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Please note that if it is not received before the expiry of policy I will make a complain and file a case against TATA AIG and Policy bazaar with a penalty for their reluctant attitude and irresponsibility.
