Policy Bazaar — didn't get two wheeler policy after deduction of sum

On 5/9/2018 insured a two wheeler comprehensive policy near about 10.00am, but i didnt get policy soft copy untill now.It was showing some error, but price was deducted and procedure was completed.This is message after deduction;
