Policy Bazaar — failed transactions not refunded so far | |||||
I made a payment of inr 1258 two times from my axis credit card to purchase tata aig insurance for two-wheeler (Honda activa 125 gj 06 ln 3480) on 29th and 31st july2017. The payment was deducted from the card however the policy was not concluded and there was no receipt or policy issuance subsequently. I made a third transaction by amex card and it was successful ([protected] 00). Regarding the refund of two failed transaction i spoke to the customer care several times and wrote to [protected]@policybazaar.com also (Service request 58063 and 58516). It looks like no one is accountable or this site has a fraud making team. I seek justice in this regard and let me know how i can take this to next level. Was this information helpful? | |||||
