[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — health insurance policy premium paid through policybazaar is not received by religare | |||||
I was already having a policy from star health family optima insurance since last 6 years which was acting good for me but policybazaar sales representative convinced me that the star health policy is not good and i shall migrate to religare health insurance policy, so initiated the procedure for insurance portability from star health to religare. I bought the religare health insurance policy online from policybazaar website and paid premium for 3 years in advance online for which i got the soft copy of the policy as well from religare's end; hope this must on successful payment only. But after about 2 weeks later religare informed me that they are cancelling my policy because they have not received the payment. How is this possible if they send the soft copy of the policy already, the amount is also debited from my bank sbi account and no refund is received if the transaction would have been cancelled. This is really a carelessness from policybazaar team if they are acting as an intermediary or insurance agents for end customers to buy the policies. They don't provide any good service post sales. I got a few calls from policy bazaar from different people and all the time i got the response that they are following up with religare team on the same issue. It's been almost 4 weeks now since i have paid my premium. My star health policy premium due date is also lapsed and the religare policy is also cancelled so now i don't have any health policy in my hand for now. I should not not believed on policy bazaar sales team and should have continued with star health insurance; atleast my family would have been insured now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

In last month on 31 aug 2018 we purchase a car insurance from policybazar but till date i have not recieved the soft copy of insurance.customer care excutive does not give me satifactory answer.my vehicle no. Is HR18B0223 and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]..and communicatio mobile no. Is [protected].please solve our problem
