[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Policybazaar Venture of Paisabazaar | |||||
Had bought an SBI Credit Card in month of October through paisabazaar which had an offer of 1500rs worth Flipkart voucher on sucessful processing. The card was issued in November 2016 and as per the T&C, i was to receive the voucher in 7 working days. However every week i have been following with them, but to no avail. They have been delaying it by saying you will get it in next month. its been 3 months still on my multiple attempts, they have again told me 3rd week of Feb. They are not ready to acknowedge or give anything in writing. Moreover, call reference number is also not provided. Its a very unprofessional setup, customer is left wailing.
