It clearly seems that policy bazaar is only interested in selling policy not refunding amount to customer (Multiple payment due to your gateway error and insisted by deepansu your sales representative to make another payment). I would like to ask and final reply from authority that are you interested to give my money back? Reply is expected from your side without any delays as already 22 days are gone. Nobody is given proper date or solution which is clear indication that i made fooled by policy bazaar. As i have all proof and recording of calls from your representatives regarding false promises made for refund. If you want i can mail you. A last level of service is provided by policy bazaar to me, i need to call regularly to your representatives and waiting for average 20 mins to get regularly false promises. So finally tell me whether you are providing me my money back or not, again without taking more 10 days as already 22 days over. At the time of payment i continue with my credit card and i did, but i found it was unsuccessful from your end with the message "your payment could not be processed by payment gateway. Please try again." (Proof attached) Then your representative (Named "mr dipankar") asked me to do payment again, so i did payment again but same message i got. That msg has attached with this mail. Than your representative transferred my call to payment section and they are not giving me proper answer and then they cut my call. Very poor response from them while customer facing such issue. As i found 2 deductions from my credit card with payment ref numbers as 227475 for first transaction worth rs 12529 and 788199 for second transaction worth rs 12529 (As credit card used for payment i am attaching proofs of mail, i can not attach statement till it will generated at completion of my credit month) So revert my money back. After many calls made to your representatives named sofia (Pw0 4343), himanshu (Pw0 5185), ronika Pw0 518, abhishek pw0 5001 After many calls i got policy but refund of multiple payment still awaited.
