Policy Bazaar — refund of car insurance policy | |||
I had booked a car insurance policy whose policy no is[protected] with policy bazar of inr. 2, 183 on 1/11/2018 which was generated in the name of previous owner, than i called customer care and was advised by one of sales representative whose name was prateek kumar bhatnagar to apply for a new policy against the incorrect one than only the previous policy will get cancelled. Than he had booked a new policy on 2/11/2018 by assisting me on phone call whose policy no is[protected] which also was of inr. 2, 183 and than they told me to wait for policy soft copy which i havnt recieved after calling several times. Than i had to face many difficulties for not having insurance and was fined also by traffic police. I also shared this incident with after sales team of policy bazaar. Than again one of representative had advised me to get a policy from other company and apply for cancellation of both policies and i would get refund within 7 days after sharing the new policy soft copy on pro-rata basis. On 22/11/2018 i had again booked a new policy from coverfox.com which i had shared with policy bazaar team for getting refund.in return they asked me to wait for 7 working days and after 7days i called several times for my refund but i havent recieved yet. It has been 3 months and the policy bazaar team is going on posponding my case and not helping me in getting my money refund. I am sharing the transaction details screenshot below.
