Policy Bazaar — while renewing my car insurance policy transaction failed and amount deducted

On the day of 6/04/2020 I tried renewing my car insurance policy from Sbi general insurance in the name of Bharati Mohanty for Renault Kwid model.

The amount was deducted from the account with slow page, but transaction failed. Till now I haven't got the refund. Please refund it as soon as possible.
