After going through reviews on various websites, had booked apollo munich policy through policyx.com on 20/12/2017 for si 10 lakhs. They claimed to deliver the policy document within one hour. But it has been more than three days, but still have not received my policy document. Neither i have got any verification call. The customer help support just keeps stalling the issue.
