Poorvika — Delivery delay

Such a poor service from poorvika i ordered my product on 6/7/20 when i called to customer care they said it will be delivered on 7/7/20 evening but till now it was not delivered there is no response from customer care team when it call bow its saying all our agents are busy if today it was not delivered i would say that you can cancel the order and refund my money
If not i would legally proceed where i will give complaint in police station i have all evidences
