We purchased laptop from online poorvika website due to pandemic. We were told there would be 15 days replacement when verified with customer care and on chat with robot on website. Our mouse key pad was not working, engineers came to home and checked however there was hardware issue they asked us to send back and they will provide replacement. But once it reached they repaired it and lieing it’s update issue.We had done all the updates and update will never make mouse pad to stop working. It’s completely hardware issue. They are making fraud by lieing to customers. We need replacement as it was within 15 days and we need new product. No one responds when we call. Person called Ravi said he will attend for us but they lie they do call back and cut … no one calls. It’s worst service and cheaters they are. Please help me to get replacement of laptop as it’s defective piece. We can’t assure if we take repaired piece it won’t stop working again so we need new piece of lap top. My classes have already started and they are not ready to provide new laptop.
