Hi team.
I purchased a Samsung mobile at Coimbatore RS Puram showroom. But I am unable to make calls on the phone. Later I went to showroom they checked and found that the device is under repair. I spent a whole day on the showroom for servicing. But at last they are unable to resolve the issue.
I need a replacement of my mobile. There is an improper response from showroom. From the day I purchased I was visiting the showroom to replace the mobile. They agreed that the issue is with the mobile. Then why they are hesitating to replace the mobile.
