I'm Selva Kumar I have purchased JBL Wireless headphones at poorvika tambaram branch after I got a issue with my headphones if I connected to Bluetooth other person can't hear my voice it will happping some of the time not every time so I reached the Tambaram poorvika show room.. Two ladies attended me and checked the issue after they also felt the same issue they accepted too and then they said we will repair this so hand over you device and asked me to come after one week. Again I reached to show room after a week they given back and said issue resolved but issue still persist I asked them they said you given for CHARGER ISSUE but I given and mentioned about the issue like issue with my mic and their two ladies also accepted that but know lied to me I'm not given for mic issue what is this i cant understand this.. These all the communications I can accept some where communication problem but in PROOVIKA TAMBARAM SHOW ROOM VISHWANATHAN a person is there he is not attending the customer properly he is fighting with me he said where ever you go where ever you want to compliant I won't resolve your issue or I won't accept your issue like he is said is this the right to handle customer.. I too shouted if someone speaking like this means how can I be normal it is human nature to react. I want to resolve my issue if can't able to resolve then replace the product.
