There are no new updates on product delivery, just you are asking apologies and totally hand over the issue to the courier. You are not ready to accept your fault and are trying to escalate the issue to the courier. when i booked this order on Jun 19th customer care clearly said that the product is in madurat and will get shipped on monday and you will get by tuesday Jun 22nd. but no use of that, then i followed your customer carde on Jun23rd and enquired about the status of delivery, they simply told product has not shipped yet from madurai, but they assured deliver on same day. Ms. Gomathi from customer care gave assurance and I waited till the whole day but nothing happened, the beauty is you placed an order on Jun23rd only as per courier tracking record.. Again on Jun24th i checked with Mr.Sugan from customer care and he assured me to receive the product by Jun25th in mylapore show room and also confirmed through email., but everything goes vain, then only i realized that your customer care is cheating me and i ' m totally frustrated and feel bad.
I ordered 2 laptops. one laptop has been received today by my friend Mr. Ramakrishnan(order Id:963273), but you again cheated on providing gifts along with the product. I mean you provided only a multimedia speaker and laptop bag where you missed the keyboard and mouse.. Initially we faced this issue with customer care and after long discussion they agreed to provide keyboard and mouse, but now it is missing. We have email proof and attached the same.
Due to your irresponsible and careless customer service, I am suffering a lot. Kindly dont do this to another customer. try to behave to give proper answers and follow genuinity. If you dont care about customers then why are you doing online business?. Was this information helpful? |
