Creta service personnel have improper training/experience in doing their work. Even normal services are very poorly handled and vehicles given back with more problems than when brought to the center. I have personally seen the shoddy work (Brake sluggish)& asked to rectify & done. Center claims they attend to the new problems - NOT WHY these problems occurred. Most customers know very very little on technical aspects since they fully TRUST the service centre. Very worried how many accidents are caused due to improper work being done by poorly trained & poorly experienced technicians.
Suggest, accident investigation should also include service records (like aircraft) since improper work can also cause accidents.
Case in point, flawed wheel balancing, brake checking as part of warranty leading to poor brake grip AFTER SERVICE, tire incorrect fitment leading to wobbling - but technician claiming bearing problem. Other service aspects ...
2. Extended Warranty is an eyewash. On purchasing EW, was told it covers map & software updations. But each dealer looks only to make money. Hyundai specifically mention "not covered items" but not covered items leading to grey areas, left to dealer interpretation.
