Dear Team,
This is Lijin Thomas from Pathanamthitta district of kerala.I wanted to express my grievance over uninformed deduction of Rs 3000/ from the Booking Amount of Rs 5000 sent towards the subject model.
I had paid the said amount to Hyundai Dealer "Popular Hyundai", one of the two dealers who service customers in my district.The transaction details are given below:
I had to withdraw my interest to purchase Hyundai venue due to the local of value for money when compared to Kia Sonet.
This is presenting a bad experience for a prospective customer who has to lose 3K due to absence of information provided by the salesman in this regard.
In addition, the booking agreement was made verbally without me signing on any document that indicates this disclaimer/terms and condition.
Interestingly, when I did a casual enquiry with the 2nd dealer "SS Hyundai" on this matter, the response was different.I was given a confirmation by the sales agent that the full amount would be credited to the customer in the event of a cancellation with the former.
So, I would like to know from Hyundai Management why customers are treated differently by each dealer.
I would like to emphasize that it's not the matter of losing 3k, rather of trust and the impression given to the customer by Hyundai.
Given the background above, i'd humbly request to consider this matter and take appropriate action to credit the full amount
