Dear Sir,

I gave my car for periodic service last week and received car with few complaints

1. Washing and interior cleaning was very poor

2. There is an extra scratch on the back side of the car.

The same has been communicated to the Advisor with these details via whatsapp But I didn't get any reply or response from anyone. I'm really upset for this .irresponsible behaviour.
Kindly look into this issue.

Worst service my 1St service this is 1St and last service in popular motors . 10day's used my new car . your porsan taken service . deliverd time'back bumper cratches .am not received my car . return the car .

Approximately 3 weeks back Govindapuram popular offered me a package for service at 3600 .Also i asked them to check the mileage.After the service they didn't give the service card for what they have done and no improvement in the mileage till now.I think they haven't changed the filter and kept it as it is.This is highly objectionable and i request you to involve

After that they called me and told to upgrade the service for Rs 699 with that they will shuffle the tyres as they told rear tyre will be move to front as they are having less grip...

I Mohammed shameer purchased maruti Suzuki ertiga KL22M 5973 from maruthi popular Trivandrum.
As accessories company fitted a spoiler on payment.
Due to bad fitment car body started rusting and I reportedly shown this matter on every service, and service centre told me it's no problem.Now the rusted spot changed to dark.
Please take favourable action as early as possible.

I had initially booked a different car in the same showroom of popular pala and the booking was changed to a different car.. we waited for 2 months and they were going on saying the delay was due to current situation. Later they informed that the vehicle was sent. we asked multiples times if there was change in rate..they said "no" it is the same price.. they came with a loan person and at the time of billing we noticed...

Since 8 yrs I m a maruthi owner. on feb 2021 I changed my alto 800 then purchased wagon r car frm iritty popular .At that time they offered exchange offer.I submitted all documents. But I didn't credit that.So you take an immediate action on this complaint

It was guaranteed that the vehicle would be delivered before dec 31, but they failed to do so. Later they called up saying that the vehicle for ready and I went all the way from Thrissur to trivandrum to get it. Sorry to say that the work done by your team was so bad that I couldn't collect the vehicle rather I had to make them do the job again. They said they'll finish it off with perfection on 15 jan 2022 and handed over a temporary vehicle for my personal use (Rent a car). I had to join back for work and they brought the vehicle yesterday home exactly the same condition how I saw it. All the rectifications that I've asked them to do wasn't made. I would like to escalate this issue regarding your poor service team and want my car to be restored properly at the earliest.

I got serviced not damaged my brand new scross from popular maruti yesterday. It was my first service of my vehicle. Pathetic service.

I have a complaint about the popular maruti service centre at kottayam. Prior to a long journey, I brought my swift car to the service centre for a checkup. They did general checkup and given back to me. After a 320 km journey I have noticed that my front tyres are wearing too much. Then I gone for nearby tyre shop for replacing tyres. While replacing they were found that front tyres became more loose and swinging more. Hence I put back the old tyres and again went to the service centre and approach the same supervisor Mr. Gince. After a one day checkup he informed me its steering rack has weared and should replace that part. Apart the other things are verified and found OK. Cost for replacing that part is around 28000 Rupees.

But I had some doubt about it. Hence I decided to go to another service centre. I went to Indus service centre kottayam and shown this. After a one day checkup they found that the axle nut was loose and they tight it. Now 2 to 3 weeks I have been observing and till not find any problem.only 2000 Rupees was paid to indus.A huge difference in the price was happened here. Now a days kottayam popular maruti service center efficiency is very poor and they are more concentrated in the money making rather than customer satisfaction. They could not find this axle nut was loose.its a big fault. My brother was brought his vehicle and he also noticed the same that their poor efficiency.customers have mostly poor knowledge about the technical side. We are unable to find what they are talking is whether true or not. They are utilising this. But this will loose your credibility. Why we are approaching a service center rather than a local workshop. We are thinking that their technicians are well trained and they will do a proper checkup and will get a well service.we are expecting a reliability while we approach you for a service. If we are not getting that, surely we will be forced to go for another brands. Hoping a reply as early as possible.

Wiper complaint of maruti alto k10 its complaint registered and rectified on 23/09/2021, , From popular choondal .But now, after one month the same not working . To whom should we complain..The same procedure continuing means what is the actual problem.

KL/46/S5322, Maruti Alto K10 complaint registered one week before.No action taken so far.(wiper is not working.It is already changed one year before again same complaint happened.we informed them many times and it is not rectified till this date.

Wiper motor complaint. Already informed on 04 th September and they checked. They informed that motor has the problem.And it will rectified soon but not get yet. The motor of the wiper Already changed one year before. Why it's happen so. My vehicle no. Is KL/46/S/5322...Maruti Alto K10.

I have had insured my vehicle thru your popular agent Mrs Pinky (Mobile#[protected], [protected]) on 16th July. When I was paid amount time, she promised me our executive will give the original policy in your door step within next working day. Unfortunately still not serve until now. This type of irresponsible fraud agent should not be assign in this customer related areas/offices. I think this is popular agency's stylish???

I baught swift VXI from popular Maruti on July-20, I was facing milage and performance issue from beginning, company has offered 17 km per liter and I hv checked with some others to clarify the same

Unfortunately my car is getting still 13km per liter

I had complained the same on each periodic service, but they were said, it will increase after 3rd service and I had done 3rd service Before 3 months but still am facing the same issue

No one is taking care of this to resolve

One and a half month back I purchased a Wagon R. Now the first service is completed and after checking found out there was a mileage of only 7km. So made a complaint via phone call to this number[protected]. After this a lady made a call to me from [protected] saying that you can bring the vehicle on 1/7/2021 but on the day as informed took the vehicle to the service Center and found that the service was closed as it was Thursday. When made a call to inform the issue she received the call and told me will get back to me and after that she was irresponsible and was not answering the call I made. Next I made a call to this number[protected] and he told the same and informed me to bring the car the next day. Next day the lady made the call back after I made the call to[protected] saying the manager for service in Killipalam service Center will call me. So after 9.30am he made a call from +[protected] saying that the “THE MILEAGE ISSUE WAS DUE TO THE PRESSURE ISSUE INSIDE THE TANK AND YOU HAVE TO FILL THE PETROL FULL TANK AND CHECK. AFTER THAT INFORM ME” I was really frustrated from such a reply. So that’s why Iam making this complaint. My complaint is still in ‘not rectified’. My vehicle number is KL 01 CS 0454

I had bought ritz from plakkad popular used car showroom in january 27th 2021.They informed as that the registration towards my adress ( ownership chainging) will be done by them in 2 weeks .But we haven't got any information till the date.we had called them many times but they are not providing any proper information.
