Popular motors of kaimanan at thiruvananthapuram, kerala had opened my job card on 2013 and not yet closed and hence i can't get service in authorised dealership as the job card is not closed till now. Please kindly solve this issue. If it is not solved as soon as possible i will have to take legal actions against popular motors. So kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

I am a owner of suzuki baleno alpha variant (Kl-64d 5695). Recently my car got damaged in flood and give to the popular vehicles chalakudy (Opposite ccmk hospital) for repair. They had repaired and give me back after 3 months. As per bill they replaced major parts and electrical parts. But by cross checking after 1 week o[censored]se i noticed that the parts that had written on the bill is not replaced like auto orvm, seat belts and many more. This was the items i had noticed with my eyes. Maybe more. Here i am attaching bill and orvm pictures. Please kindly do the needful.

Hi, have booked a car from a popular true value(koottukaran popular) showroom of yours in Ernakulam. Once the procedure was done the sales team informed us they could not sell the car as they are notified from their head office not to sell the concerned car. We experienced very bad service. At least they owe us a reason. The car was Maruti S Cross.

I have already complaint about fog in my windshield during rainy times on my 2nd service. When wiper cleans the rain water in windshield fog appears. Service advisor at keelkatalai, chennai stated that we have cleaned the glass with some solution to avoid this. But i am facing the same issue again and again in the next rain spell. This is a serious concern and require your action. If not i am taking this to next level. I am not ready to rock myself adjusting for problem on your end.

My vehicle no kl 41M 4483 was booked for total loss after the flood . I towed the vehicle to Popular Elamakkara Yard on 21st August and the claim is not yet settled. I wanted to buy a new Car from Popular, but your pathetic service is stopping me from this.. I have followed up with your People 8 times in August, 15 times in September and 8 times in October. You may say, that the insurance is matter to be dealt with the Insurance Company. But you guys were following up with me for the premium to enojy the Cut of 25%. But when it comes to servicing me, you are making me run from piller to post. THis is WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

I visited today for service on sb car kalyanpur kanpur but car not serviced properly even car not washed properly and my rear camera also not working when i recieved my car. Registration no up78fk0990.

I think maruti suzuki is very reputed company they think about their consumer so please take a necessary action against responsible person and i complaint before on maruti website and to showroom gm email id and i receive call from service centre they are forcing me to close the complaint.

From tamil chennai and i have purchased maruti suzuki desire ldi vehicle from popular and on 1oth september 2018 from the date of purchase there is a problem with the vehicle and same is reported to the sales team and they directed me to service and i have never seen such worst service center in my life as a i had various other car also, so plz regarding this i would like to speak right from sales to service regarding my vehicle no tn05bt 2936 and chassis number is ma3czf03sjd325225 and also i will attach all the details right from day one conversation and my humble request to maruti udyog limited is to take inspection or to test their wheather they are qualified enough to handle your vehicle and also please stop giving them sales and aservice as they don't know nothing about the vechicle even the branch manager retteri kolathur popular and it is very pathetic on mr. John paul who is supposed to be the ceo of the company is running such disobidient. Discompetent people and running the company and making the customer struggle

Important note:please maruti udyog limited take necessary action against popular sales adnd service pvt limited and i strongly recommend to stop such fake dealers giving them the dealership and even if you want i can have sign campaign from people those have affected because of popular and submit for your reference

I gave my car to attingal popular services for 4 th year annual service. (Kl01, br 7515) the service was very poor.ac filter changed, but no cooling. Coz it's 4 th year service they asked me to pay for replacement of certain things like air filter, ac filter, petrol filter etc and i paid for it. I don't know they have replaced it or not. They didn't wash or vacuum the car. I called the head office and complained.

I want to update my mind stress, financial losses and your employees carelessness.

1.in 2015 my car met with accident and went your body shop @ saligramam. Lack of carelessness water went inside car ac and clutch assembly. But your people's not even checked that issue.

2. By the time i got transfer to gujarat, my own expenses i get it repaired another maruthi service station. Almost rs -11000 - losses. Plaese check my service history if you have doubt.

3. Steering gear box also disturbed that accident, but your people's not even informed me. That repairing cost around 7800 -
4. Recently your insurance proples called me for insurance renewal, i have told him to go for standard insurance and paid rs6000.
5. Your people's have processed pumper to pumper insurance. Again they are asking rs 2123. Then what is the meaning the selection of standard insurance by me. That payment also i made to save your employee salary, otherwise your management will cut that employee salary. (As per telephonic communication)

Considering all the factors i was mentally and financially highly disappointed by using your services.

I have got a budget plan of rs 7600 for the wagon kl31 c 99 for its maintance . But the final bill came to 9211 rs ..bill Id [protected] .

As the suggetsed amount was 30 percent less I hope it is not a favorable approach to me. Please consider this request and fix the amount to what your employee was offered though the work was fine

I have done my second free service for my alto 800, kl-38-f-9197 on 12.03.2018 at popular services. On service time the exicutive give me the check list and it is clearly mentioned that the spare well is their, after 2 week my vhl got puncherd and i have noticed that the spare wheel was missing, and i have called the popular servise thodupuzha and not received any solution,

Yesterday evening i have spoken to your service engineer mr. Sandeep to pick up my vehicle today morning itself and he agreed to arrrange. Today morning again i called him and asked;then also he agreed to arrange. Afterwords i contacted aswathy on 3353913 and she also agreed to arrange pick up for attending. Again i dialled on 3353969 and got amala and she also agreed to arrange. But no result. Nobody called me back or nobody came for picking the vehicle.

The maruti popular driving school thrissur staff need more training to behave cordially with its clients. Very poor customer grievance redressal service. I had joined the school for a refresher course of 6days for a hectic fees of rs 5000. They failed to notice that the car had a near empty tank on the 1st day of my road class and so they had promised me an extra road class. But then towards the end of the course they tried to change it into a simulator class but i had to bring up a heated argument with them to get my rightful demand processed. Instructors defnitely need to learn politeness and refrain from passing demeaning comments during the classes. And to my surprise all the other staff too at the school don't even mind making faces and passing sarcastic comments in front of the client showing least respect. The school totally fails to keep up the promises that they make in their ads.

Sir, i am a 20 yr old graduate girl. When i saw an ad about job vacancy in popular mega motors, bypass road tvm i contacted a person whose number was given there. When i enquired about the job he asked for my photo not my resume.After going through my photo he called me again and insulted me that as i am a fresher i wont get a job. I replied him back that plz go through my resume and call me for interview if i am eligible for yr work and i hanged the call. Later next morng he call me and warned me that i am a not obedient under him.. And he harrassed me sexually. This was not expected from an official in popular company. I dnt knw his name.. I got a contact number from google search of popular (Maddaply). It was a mobile number. The guy took the phone and said contact the service and hung up the phone. The guy responded in a very bad way.
The guy should atleast guide me to the service section.

Our insurance policy will expire on 28.3.2018 midnight. I paid a cheque through hdfc bank amount of rs. 9678.00 cheque no 000084 cheque cleared on 27.3.2018. Your office has been contacting me from 22.3.2018 onwards through the mobile number [protected].
You have received the payment on 27.3.2018. But policy is not received. I have contacted rettery popular vehicles regarding this issue. They are telling to come tomorrow again at 9.30am, and the policy is not yet ready. I ask you to look into this matter immediately. And solve the issue without any further delay as the time is running out (Deadline is tonight at midnight.).

I booked maruti swift on 02.10.2017 and has been waiting for the delivery of my vehicle for last six months.in between they said the face lift has happened and i will be getting the new vehicle, in 2018 feb 1st week they said they will be able to deliver the car by 3rd week of feb but every time they broke their promises. I the first week of march 2018 they said all arrangements are ready and if i can make full payment they can deliver the car in 3 days and i ave done full payment of 6.68 lacks online into their account and they have confirmed the receipt of the payment. After receiving the payment they once again started telling excuses and now they are telling it will again take one month for the vehicle to get delivered. If they were expecting delay in delivery why they have collected 6.68 lacks rupee from me. If the amount was in my account i would have got at least interest for that amount for two month. This is totally unacceptable. After paying such a huge amount in advance if i have to wait for a month for the car to get delivered this is clear case of cheating. The sales executive used to call at least 5 times a day to get the amount transferred but after the amount got transferred he doesn't even pick or attend to our calls. As he was not taking my calls from my mobile i had to call from a land line number and he picked the call and gave lame excuses for not picking the call. He gave his managers number and i spoke to him just to know that he don't have anything more to tell me like his executive. This is very poor service from them. Even if they delay the vehicle its ok. But why they are collecting the full amount 2 months back. Want to escalate this to the top most authorities

I am shreekant nair from pathanamthitta, kindly I booked one new car alto, 4 months before, from popular Marti showroom pathanamthitta, but some financial problems, I cancelled my booking in pathanamthitta popular maruti showroom, now 1 month is going to finish, I did not get money as a time till, I called salesman many time, he told me, money will send back to main popular showroom kottayam, I gave my all bank details, I am feeling very sad to this delay, so pls kindly accept my complaint as soon as possible and take necessary action

1. On 17th booked service appointment via manisha and sonali for autovista pune. Person who called not given address and he did not turn up for pickup.. And despite giving address he could not trace the address and spoke badly with me when i offered to help him to get address for which ganesh ops manager called said will send on sunday. But again no one came.. On sunday... Call with pickup boy recording given to manish and ganesh ops manager...
2. Again on sunday sonali n manish booked for today.. 1030 am but no when came till 12 so i called they said person forgot so they are sending now. We took sonali manish and atul as well of autovista... They all are clue less and have audocity to deal two week like this with same customer... They really need penalty of my service cost with taxes labour n material by maruti as per job detail given to sonali...
3. There are also calling me for insurance for which i don't want any call from autovista
4. Want call from maruti service head and autovista director with this service with reapir n job details now free for this treatment..
5. Need compensation for this behaviour from maruti n partners...

The following concerns are observed after completion and delivery of my ciaz car kl07cc1484 on 11th jan 2018:
1. Minor scratch (Paint peeled) due to hit against gate at rear side while parking the car during delivery by maruti representative.
2. Rear camera detatched from windshield.
3. Oil/grease stain on floor mat
4.ac in switched on condition.

No feedback call was received hence registering complaint here.
