Hi there,
I visited katargam post office today to get my returned pan card. They told me to get it from station branch, when I went to station they said it is still at katargam branch. Again I went to katargam and they said it is till here but now you have to pick it up from station after 4 hours. I tried my best to cool off but this kind of ridiculous services making me annoying.

When postman came to my house my tenets asked to give my card to them but he denied to submit it. Never mind if he is following some protocols but at least they should help people when they are spending their valuable time to get their stuff. My card was ready with them but they tried to make thing harder. How hard it is to help normal people to get their own stuff. And it is their duty to follow it up. We can not spend whole week to fight with those lazybones. I hope this complaint will do something for common man's right and harassment.
