1. I 905183 cpl ashwani kumar serving in indian air force wef 28 dec 04. I got pli policy no. Aps 612799a in 2005 when i was under training in air force hindon ghaziabad (Up) later on i was posted to chabua assam so i did not get policy bond. Policy bond may be sent to hindon ghaziabad (Up) but it was not received by me. My mobile no. [protected].

2. Now i am posted in kanpur as per given address. Please send me duplicate policy bond as per my given address as below:-

Policy No:- WB-255150-B but the claim has not yet been settled.
Please do the needful as i am suffering from a lot of financial crisis.

It is submitted that PLI No APS-281129M (Date of Maturity 19 Nov 2017) in respect of GS-174223[censored]DC AJAY BAJPAI of 74 RCC has been forwarded by 600 FPO vide their letter No. 600/PLI Corres/FPO dated 06 Nov 2017, but maturity amount not yet received by individual.
