Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount deducted online but not credited in PLI account | |
Sir, I have paid my PLI premium online on 28th May, 2021 for Policy No.- RJ-166429-CC having monthly premium of Rs. 3375. I have paid premium of 3 months( From March 2021 to May 2021) amounting to Rs.10, 454 through SBI NetBanking. The above mentioned amount got debited from my SBI account but the credit was not reflecting in my PLI account. Sir, please resolve my issue at the earliest and update my transaction upto the month of May 2021. I have attached the screenshot of my transaction herewith for your reference.
