Dear sir/ mam, With utmost regard and humble submission i mr. Chandan singha roy, would like to inform you that i have paid my premium amount of rs.366 from my airtel payments bank account on the 3rd of june for my policy number ne-34318-cs and customer id: 50985698. But till now in my pli account, it is showing the [status pending 99]. Even though the payment was successful, then also it is showing like this and thus i have not received any payment receipt from the postal life insurance till today. I have also attached the necessary supporting documents for your kind reference along with this mail. So, i request you that please take a kind note of the issue and address it accordingly as soon as possible. For this act o[censored]nderstanding, i will be highly obliged to you.
