Surrender the pli so given applied for surrender in september 2016 and till date i cant receive the amount and postal employees just saying wait for 15days so kindly request to needful action on pli regarding

I want to know my PLI status ie when it will matured, what amount I have paid. any discrepancy in my paid amount and my PLI profile. But I cant see this. Please provide me my customer Id number on my registered mobile .please provide all detail on my address.

I have submitted my original PLI policy document along with photocopy of bank passbook, cancelled cheque and application for Policy No. APS-788975L in 868 FPO on 23 Jan 2017. Policy metured on 06 Feb 2017. But till now it has not been credited to my SBI account No [protected]
