We started travelling from sawantwadi to pune by purple grand (Ac sleeper bus-goa-pune bus) on 14th oct 2018 @ 9.30pm. It got broke down around 00.30am. Driver was so rude, he did not take any corrective action for arranging another bus. Then after lot of arguments, he agreed to do it and another smelly non ac seater bus came to pick us @ 6.30am (After delay of 6 hours). That bus dropped us till kolhapur at 9.30am and again the purple team asked us to get shifted to 3rd bus which was ac seater bus. That bus dropped us at swarget, pune around 3.00pm. Financially it is huge loss for all travellers. We had to take leave on monday-15th oct 2018 because of the delay. Actually purple is the only bus which comes to pimpri chinchwad area. So we had booked this bus. But actually, we had to get down at swarget. It takes another rs.450/- to come to chinchwad area. Also, ticket per head for ac sleeper is rs.1, 300/- whereas for non ac seater is 500-600/- only.
Me and my husband were travelling. We had paid rs.2, 600/-+450/- (Cab from swarget to chinchwad)+2, 000/- (1 full day leave for both o[censored]s)=rs.5, 050/- whereas we could reach till chinchwad in rs.600/-+600/-=1, 200/- by any other non ac seater.
Nobody from purple team (Drivers) apologised to us or talk about reimbursement.in fact they were expressing very negative remarks. Was this information helpful? |
