[Resolved] Prasanna Travels — Refund amount

I had booked prasanna purple grand bus from shirdi to nagpur which was scheduled to depart on 10/03/21 . I got. A call on 9/3/21 that the bus has been cancelled due to covid 19 and i'll get my refund amount within 24 hrs. Today is 11/03/21 and till now i haven't got my refund Please consider this matter ASAP. Mar 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund a day after submitting the complaint. However, not because of this website but since i booked the ticmet from paytm, i got a call.from the paytm.helpline that i've got the refund. Prasanna Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
