I started my journey from wageshwar parking pune at 8:30, and bus broke down just after 30km of journey. we tried to reach prasana purple customer service, but they wont answer our calls. Nobody was there to help us, then we ask the driver of the bus they said that they wont send any other bus, they left us clue less for 4hrs. we dont have choice but to wait still bus get restart. Nobody from customers care attend our call. Is this what they cost 1400 from each person. 1st of all bus was not clean then bus was not well maintained. Is this what purple grand service at Rs. 1400.
I want my money back, purple grand is not trust worthy service to travel. They don’t care about there customers.
Our bus was just 30km away(near by shikharapur) from pune and they can provide another bus, but they refused to send bus, make all o[censored]s to wait 4hr on random road.
There where. 5 females where traveling alone, whom will take there safety’s care.
But no purple will not even attend your call for any-issue.
I want all my amount back.
