Your bus is coming 25 minutes late from the schedule time at borivali and i was waiting in heavy rain due to delay which made me face problem and wet and also someone already sitting at the booked seat so not getting the booking seat and also the receiver phone was switch off so could not contact him so unable to know the exact status of the bus and also the leg carrier is broken so not comfortable to sit. I am traveling by bus no mh14cw3369 on today 24.8.19. from khamgaon to pune by purple grand. The bus driver is carrying petrol in one litre bottle which is not safe. The driver has risked everyone s life. I think the driver is not following safety rules.

Please look into the matter.
