I am your previllage customer i frequently travell from pune to nagpur today i am surprised to see such a pathetic staff that is all about your bus conductor he was using arrogant and abuse words for me.
I ask him for head he arrogently assked for money. Yaha lake de paisa cabin me.
I request for wash room he stop the bus and asked me to do his job and abuse me.
