I had booked purple bus for travel from akola to nasik. Ticket no 16068 seat no 17 on 16june mob [protected]. The sleeper bus left akola about 11.45 pm. At shirdi @7.00am on 17 june (Today) the bus stopped at hotel. Shirdi passengers got down. After some time conducter announsed that passenger can get down as toilets are available. Some passengers got down. As there was no public toilet the manager of hotel asked us to use toilets of room no 103, 303. While returning from third floor i heard the horn of bus and rushed. However the bus turned and left before i could board.
I requested the manager of hotel to inform the bus driver to stop the bus as i didnt have the drivers mob no. I took a taxi and tried to chase for about 5-6 km. But could not catch.
All of my schedule and imp ortant works hampered badly including my baggage left in bus. Later i managed to reach nasik. I have to spent extra 300 rs with lot of trouble.
The incidence causing trouble to passanger does not look good to travel agency of your reputation. I request to warn the staff regarding above. Similarly the drivers mob be provided at the time of start of journey.
Further atleast additional expences of rs 300.00 may be refunded to me.
