Prasanna Travels — humiliation faced at smilestone | |
I traveled to yavatmal on from prasanna purple travel, pnr # 88546482 We stopped for dinner at smile stone which i was informed is prasanna's owned venture. I was carrying my own tiffin and when i sat on a table i was stopped rudely by staff member and asked not to eat inside. The staff behaved very rudely and insisted that if i have to purchase some food from the restaurant else eat outside in a small enclosed room. The food inside is also charged heavily. These terms should be clarified prior to booking. This is intentional humiliation to increase sales by prasanna travels. I see there are many passengers especially elders who face disrespect and are forced to eat in a small chamber at smilestone. I haven't experienced such behavior in any other travel all restaurants offer respectable place for people getting outside food. How can you humiliate people for business gains, this should be taken to court. Was this information helpful? | |

I was travelled goa to pune date of 9 feb 2019. My pick up point was mapusa bus stop at 9 pm. This bus not clean bus employees behavior not so good . Bus condition so much poor why r u charged so much high fare u are service not so good . Improve your quality first & main thingh is ur bus employees not so gud so improve quality .
