I took a bus of shivshahi... Prasanna purple frm shrirampur to ahmednagar on 11th nov 12.30pm. Me along with my 2 kids, ur conductor didn't told me that particular seats were reserved.. On the way in rahuri he made me leave the seats without providing me double seats as required with my daughter.. N creating a scene in front of other passengers n using disrespectful language... Shame on ur staff for such irresponsible behaviour and shameful act... Pathetic experience...
