Prasanna Travels — no halt for washroom

Purple bus not taking halut for washroom from pune to mumbai & they are charging 500 for weekend for.
Worse experience i have ever face i was traveling with my mom she is having medical issue still driver not ready to stop & started argument of its non stop bus & all non sence. Please improve your service.
Bus no. Mh 12 w663 please take action against the driver
