Hello,
My ticket number is tnac16824738. I had booked a bus ticket of prasanna purple from pune to nagpur.
My travelling date was: 4 oct 2019.
But due to some reason, i had cancelled the journey ticket, but money not refunded till date to my account.
Please look into this matter and solve it as early as possible, as till date money is not refunded.
