Prasanna Travels — Service not providing as charged

I am a passenger of this bus which has left from NAGPUR at 10:30pm travelling to PUNE. I’ve paid AC bus ticket of amount Rs.2068/- which is already double of what a railway service would charge. But that is not all. I am sitting in the bus and since the night AC has been switched off. In this scorching heat of MAY month, Passangers are suffocating since the bus has no ventilation. No water has been provided.No regards to humanity. Passengers have called the travels but no response from their side.

Dear Sir, We feel deeply sorry for inconvenience. We noted your feedback, Its technical fault which arises en route. as per company policy we are ready to pay Ac To Non Ac Difference. Also we have given Morning Break Fast at Smile stone Hotel & then arranged One SML ( AC Seater) & Innova( AC) from smile stone to Pune.

Yes at smile stone we have waited for 2 hours. We reached Pune at 2pm. I had an interview that day.
