Prasanna Travels — Travel came late and ac is not working

With great pain and disappointment I am writing this complaint . I am traveling from pune to Nagpur . I booked the ticket of ac Volvo which was supposed to come by 10 it get delayed by more than 1 hour, the vehicle is supposed to be ac and the ac is not there, I have heard lot about this travel but my this experience is very bad, I think I am cheated. The driver and cleaner is not responding properly, company should take strict action on this, I am in bus for immediate attention I am writing this, I am going to file complaint I will send legal notice soon.
