Prasanna Travels — very bad service

Today i am travel to pune from borivali as per schedule my bus time is 5.25pm but no one is inform me that bus is delay other agencies inform this thing to their costumer by sms or call. I had call to purple office at that time also no one give me correct information about bus after all this on 6.15pm your person told me to come other bording point. Is this your service & way of behavior with costumer
I never recommend your service to any one after this type of experience
