I'm travelling from nanded to pune on 10 of july 8:45 bus it was worst experience i had with purple, it was second time happened with me i booked ticket and at the end moment bus got cancelled second time any how they managed one bus but that was worst (nothing is good about that bus). these guys are not thinking about there customers, we had ticket upto nigdi that bus driver dropped us at sangamwadi from there he adjusted all passangers in another bus. due to all this drama i m not able to reach to my office on time, so from now onwards i m not going to prefer purple, previously i thought purple is having one of the best transport services. from now everything is crystal clear you guys charging more than ur competitor but not providing facilities as compared to your charges.
