I ordered prestige oven (Otg) in july, 16 which is damaged. I complained many times on customer care number but proper response not received. I want to return that product please solve my problem. It is the question of your service quality.

Please respond to my complain as soon as possible, otherwise you will lose your customer.

Its auto ignition does not works . We purchase its from snapdeal on 18 th of january this year 2017. Kindly resolve our problem
