Dear sir,

I'm one of your unfortunate customers who purchased tattva 2.0 copper base water purifier in the month of march 2019. I'm residing in hyderabad near forum mall.

For the first five months, we thought we were lucky that we took a wise decision in buying this product and on top of it we encouraged and motivated people around us to buy the same. Issues started around august 2019, when it's first cartridge was out. I quickly purchased one from amazon and due to its dashing delivery time, could receive it the next day. I saw that it's manufacture date was june 2018. I replaced it and relaxed totally unaware of the issue that is going to get repeated over and over again. Yes, after exactly 2 weeks, tattva started giving issues. It stopped filtering water. I did not understand the issue. We cleaned the entire box, tap and gently washed cartridge to make sure nothing is blocking its way. But no luck. So, i opened a case with customer care. To our surprise, one of your service tech visited us totally unaware of how to fix the problem. Looks like he is the junior guy. He advised us to buy "copper compatible" cartridge and do not buy anything from online portals. So, we realized that we lost our inr 600 and following his advise, i went to a nearest prestige smart kitchen (The shop from where i picked up the tattva box) to buy a new cartridge. To my surprise, the cartridge was dated june 2018. I asked the shopkeeper but she said it will work. I had to believe her and came home with a big smile as if i conquered the world.

Again the same experience. It worked for 2 weeks and stopped filtering the water. I was promised that each cartridge will work for 5-6 months but its not true. I feel like i'm deceived. Not once but twice. I again opened a case with customer care and to my surprise, i came to know that this tattva has only 6 months warranty and now on wards i need to shell out money for each visit of the tech person. I'm 100% sure that he will not solve the problem and this time i'm not prepared to lose my inr 600. Either i want my money back for the crappy product or replace with a properly working cartridge. The ball is in your court. Please take the decision. I'm least bothered about the money that i lost but i will not allow others to lose theirs, so i'll definitely raise my voice louder and if needed will proceed legally to save innocent customers.

Now, it is your duty to do the needful. And i'm hoping that you will consider this with high priority.

    Many times i have already complained about my glass top cook top, it's burner is not working properly, but no body is responding. Its shameful they said to provide service soon but it's been one month nobody visited my place for cook top service. I hope complaint forum will help me in this as soon as possible because i am fed up of calling their customer service

      I'm very much disappointed customer who had a great reputation on your brand all this because of your poor sales and very worst service team and going forward we are not interested to recommend your brand to anyone and will only share our bad experiece with you
      On april 2019 from prestige showroom at d mart (Five roads salem tamilnadu). From the first day itself the product (Induction) is not working. It suddenly stops working after 2~3 min. Automaticaly & the display shows the error e -6. So called your customer care complaint number is - tiru686025 service centre number :[protected] one person visited our home and he looked at this issue and i sent it for service to my retailer. About a month has been passed but till now no service has been provided.
      Product is under warrenty. I lodge a complain at its salem office on the month of april first week. My complain no. Is tiru686025.
      Then we again called service centre at sk engineers, no.-5 vinayakar koil street, salem -16and their response is also not good at all it looks like their job is only to sell and our rating to that showroom is no zero and its negative. I have keep on calling to toll free number on daily basis. It's a worst service ever i seen.
      I have warranty period in the grinder but grinder is not working

          My induction cook top not working from 12 march 2019 it is under warranty period and i gave it to service centre of dehradun on 13 march 2019, from that day till now they are not working on induction problem. Very disappointed with service i want to exchange my cook top or refund all my money. They just told me that we deliver your cook top soon they lie. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            Sir i'm kadhiravan from chennai. I purchased prestige glass top gas stove last year june 2017 warranty 2years is there but the complaint doesn't accept my query because glass was burst all over the kitchen. So i want steel gas stove they won't accept my replacement process, company told only change that glass... I'm very tensed about the company they didn't respect people's health... So i'm going to complaint the company...

                Mixer prestige automatic purchased in apr 2017. With 2 years warranty. It was repaired in apr 2018 due to pcb defect and replaced. Again in dec 2018 it was not working due to again pcb.

                My equipment is at service centre since 15/13/2018 and till date not yet repaired as the pcb is not available.

                Now i don't want the equipment as the item is not fit to use and will give trouble ahead

                I registered a complaint regarding my food processor on 11th and no service man attended till now and it is the 4th day..
                We were said service will be done with in 2 working day.
                We called them daily and they same the same words " Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will look after it. " really I didn't expect this from Prestige... worst response...

                  Dont buy prestige products. Worst product and very worst customer service. They selling second hand product also. If you have doubt, call this customer care complaint number[protected] and check with this chen338349, chen320522 compliant status. More than 2 months i am following they are not rectify the issue. Worst customer support and technician not coming and spare parts not available they telling multiple reason. But still the issue not closed.

                    We purchased the stove on 26/11/18, from very first day faced the complaint of burner, we lodged the complaint on 03/12/2018 with complaint no. Jaip295546 but till today the same is npt resolved. 2-3 persons came and started instructing us that the same is fine as the burner comes we will replace the same. I hope if i am complaining here my problem will get resolved. I want the replacement of my stove on immediate basis else i will be compelled to take some legal action against your company.in the past few days i have discussed at least 8-10 times with mr ankit & mr ashok. But no response has been received yet and almost a month has elapsed. Waiting for your prompt action
                    When i start Big burner of gas its not working properly the fire is very slow when we keep on high flame then also it work on low flame that is my complain

                      I bought a new prestige royale gas stove model gt 03l (Spl) for rs. 5600.

                      It was working fine till last week and now the center burner is not working and the nob is too tight and left burner is not in good condition.

                      And i have raised a complaint regarding this in prestige complaint page but still no response from the company. It has a two year warranty period. But its just a month use and almost two burners not working.

                        I have ordered three burner prestige cooking top via cj shop. I received the delivery today 15.12.2018 at 01.30pm. You have mentioned in your invoice also prestige three burner cooking top, but the packing you delivered is of four burner which is not suitable for our kitchen platform. And also i am not at all interested in four burner cooling top. Hence request to replacing the said four-burner cooling top with three burners as early as possible.

                          I have purchased stove 3 months back and the on/off knob came out. I registered a complaint on 24th nov and they took 8 days still they did not send the technician. I have called them 8 times but still they just say sorry for inconvenience and no action will be taken. There is a 48hours resolution for them but they did not take atleast one step in 8 days

                            Sir my hob top autoignition is not working since 3 months, and flame is low sometimes gas leaks through the knobs.. But after complaining may times in customer care number and via email, till the date no one came from service centre. My hob top is under warranty period. I have to close it due to gas leakage, please look after and resolve my complaint through prestige company.

                              I have purchased prestige nakshatra pressure cooker 10l through online https://www.prestigesmartkitchen.com/ and got delivered on time but it was damaged, found defective, lots of scratches in that product, also they shipped from on old stock (More than a year). This product is not in good condition, which lookalike it was used as demo product or returned by customer already for the same reason.

                              How come the big established /famous / renowned company which having own website but not having proper material with good condition to deliver to the online purchaser.

                              Hence i requested to refund the amount by the returning their product.

                              I won't recommend anyone to purchase any product from this website.

                                Wet grinder was not worked. I was registered a complaint online on 6/07/18. My Complaint number HYDE3209535. Technician came to my home on 12/07/18. He was checked wet grinder and said that motor failed. He was checked warranty and Bill details. After technician send request for new motor. But my problem not resolved right now. We are struggling mentally and physically with this problem.

                                  I had brought a prestige atta maker from amazon... When i received the product it was not working but after replacement i received a working product... There is no issue with the amazon but the issue is with the prestige... The product only last for 3 weeks... I mean i brought a product of 3200rs... A electronic product... So costly.. And only run for 3 weeks... Then i registered a complaint against the product on 5 august... My complaint no. Is jaip3271128... It has been a 1.5 month... But they have done nothing... I mean how can someone be so irresponsible... I have called them 30 times... But they are doing nothing... Every time i call my anger level goes so high you can't imagine... If that guy come i front of me i will slap him so hard... I want you to take a strict action against them... Just put a huge fine on them... I mean.. A guy buy a product and it work for 3 weeks only and now he has to wait 1.5 month for the guy to come her to repair... I am so frustated you guys have no idea... I want a strict action against them... They will remember...

                                    I have registered complaint on 23rd july. But till date my problem is still not resolved. The customer care person always say that it will be resolved within a day. We have allotted a person to you but, no updates till date. I haven't seen such a pathetic service from such a prestigious brand... Shame on the service provider... I suggest not to buy such products if they are not able to provide after service

                                      I have purchased an induction cooker from your authorised dealer at Kollam on 12/09/2016, bill attached.

                                      Along with that I received a set of non stick items comprising of a kadai, a tawai, and a fry pan.

                                      On the same week of purchase the lid of the kadai was broken and we disposed it as it is a glass lid.

                                      Now the non stick coating of the kadai is damaged and we showed the kadai to the shop from where purchased the items with warranty card for replacement. They advised to show the item to the nearby service station.

                                      They collected the warranty card along with the kadai on 16/06/2017 and said that they will contact us without even giving a receipt.

                                      After so much time nothing happened.
                                      I have made several mails but nothing happened.
                                      Pl. rectify the complaint rather than making customers fool of it.

                                        I am using Prestige chimney (Prestige Royale Kitchen Hood - AKH 600 CB).
                                        From the day this product was installed, it's not working as expected. Not able to collect oil etc. We complained many a times to the deliver from where we purchaged this product. He also arranged for service, but the guys who visited for service are so inprofessional both skilled wise and behaviour wise. They never admit their products fault they simply ignore saying that you do not know how to use it.
                                        Today again I complainted (ODIS3199777), the guy came to my house. But this time the case was extreme. He was very aggressive and he started saying product is ok learn how to use chimney and started threatning that I will close this complain as product is ok. I also talked to his supervisor. To my surprise it is one step ahead of that technical person. Very very rough behaviour. He do not know how to talk to customer or help in finding a solution. I find very difficult to talk to him. Good work from prestige !!! No care for customer's issue and in return they are setting a good example by threatning customer not to complain again.

                                        Odisha zone branch manager called me and he took this case on his account to resolve it. Hope this kind of problem won't occure in future.
                                        I bought a prestige induction stove last year and now it is not working.
